Bianca is a senior NHS healthcare leader with a background in physiotherapy, clinical operations, service development and organisational improvement.
She leads therapy services within a complex healthcare environment, with a strong focus on safe, effective and person-centred care.
Alongside her NHS career, Bianca brings valuable governance and community leadership experience.
She has served on the board of a Dutch-language school charity and as Interim Chair of Triangle Adventure Playground, supporting governance, safeguarding, stakeholder engagement and organisational sustainability.
Bianca is particularly passionate about prevention and early intervention. Through her work in healthcare, she has seen how closely mental wellbeing is connected to physical health, social inclusion, employment and family life, and believes community organisations can play an important role alongside statutory services in making support more accessible and responsive.
At Priority Wellbeing and Mental Health UK CIC, Bianca brings senior healthcare leadership, governance expertise and strategic oversight, helping us remain sustainable and firmly focused on the communities we serve.
